How does a return work at Happymugclub for damaged or faulty items?
If your product arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us through the contact form within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include the following information:
- A short description of the issue
- A photo of the affected product
- If possible, a photo of the packaging
We will review your case as quickly as possible. If the claim is valid, you will receive a free replacement or a refund, of course at no additional cost to you.
What is my right of return?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason, as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging.
Please note:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs in the case of a cancellation. Since our products are made individually after each order is placed, we are unable to provide free return labels.
